Knowing when an environment is ready to go
“Go live” marks the point when a SEAF environment becomes operational and capable of producing reliable products.
A formal go-live process ensures that outputs are not used prematurely and that participants have confidence in the system.
An environment is considered ready when:
- Governance arrangements are in place
- Data is licensed, catalogued and validated
- Analytical environments are secured
- Methods have been approved
- Users are onboarded
- Monitoring and logging are active
