Hub Services
The centre of the SEAF network
SEAF operates through a hub-and-spoke model. The hub sits at the centre of the cloud-based SEAF mechanism. It provides shared standards, rules and governance across the entire system, ensuring security, integrity and trust.
The hub provides resources to help organisations identify their priorities for analysing and managing environmental data.
It defines the architecture and governance that supports multiple SEAF spokes.

HUB SERVICES
Establishing a regional spoke
A SEAF spoke is a governed, multi-party arrangement established for a defined geographic region or thematic purpose, where timely and independent region-specific plans and assessments are needed.
Multiple spokes can exist within a state or region, or be created for a particular environmental challenge.
How does a spoke work?
To establish a spoke, you will require formal documents like collaboration agreements, data access and licensing agreements. This will depend on your specific needs.
